Comp Time In MyCorbu You can use MyCorbu to track Comp Time by following this process below. See this article for some background on the concept of Comp Time. (link to Architekwiki post)
What to do with it? If you haven’t created a Project that represents your organization, do that now. Then create a Project-Phase for each User that you want to have a CompTime account, e.g. GO - CompTimeJohnDoe. MAKE THESE PROJECT-PHASES INACTIVE! If they are ACTIVE your billable ratio values will be distorted. Enter time in these Comp Time accounts as you would normally make time entries. Use the Add Time Entry button on the Projects Time page. Select the Comp Time Project-Phase for each person as described above, e.g. 'GO-CompTimeXXX'. You can determine the status of Comp Time accounts in the Project-Phase table, which gives you a "Job"-To-Date total. If you want each year's Comp Time to be separate, then create new Comp Time Project-Phases each year. If you allow Comp Time to accumulate or if you "zero it out" every year, then there is no need for new Project-Phases. Comments are closed.
