Help for MyCorbu Architectural Bookkeeping
Most tables in MyCorbu can be filtered in order to focus on just the records that you are interested in. FILTER MENU There are two types of filters that you will encounter. The first type is a filter menu (above) that shows pre-set filters that you simply click. This type is simple to use; however, only one filter can be selected at a time. Time records lend themselves to this type of filter where a timeframe is the most likely filter needed. Combining a ‘Search’ with a filter can allow you to extend the capability of this type of filter. For example you could set a filter for ‘Last Month’ and search for a specific Project name. This would show just the records that meet those two criteria. FILTER FORM The second type is a customizable form (above). In the form you will select the field that you want to filter, then set the condition, and finally specify the criteria. This type takes more effort, but you can set multiple conditions for your data to meet. For instance the Payroll Prep tool uses this type of filter. If your payroll period is the 16th of the month through the last day of the month, you would set two filters that look like this screenshot below. Filters remain set during printing or exporting. Remember to set the “Records per page” to display all the records available.
In the event that you have a need to see a specific subset of records. You can always export your records and manipulate them in a spreadsheet. Comments are closed.
