Time Records

2/21/2017

The Time Entry Record is the fundamental piece of data collected by architectural firms.

Each time record must contain a Date, Project-Phase, Number of Hours, and a User. Optionally you can enter a Description. If you enter your time on the Timesheet page, then the record is assigned to the User who is logged into the app. In addition MyCorbu has other shortcuts to make time entry as painless as possible. See Timesheet

Everyone should enter time records on a daily basis. Time records describe how the firm's largest expense is being used. Not knowing this information means the firm has to make uninformed decisions about its financial future and yours. Complete timesheets daily.

The Timesheet table is the easiest place to enter your time. The ADD TIME ENTRY buttons on the Timesheet page and the Project Time page are other ways of entering time by completing a form.

By default, when entering time, today's date is shown. To change the date, click on it and a calendar appears for selection of the date that you want. You can also enter the date manually after clicking on it.
